1. Service

PureBinge Premium unlocks advanced filtering, synchronization, and convenience features inside the PureBinge browser extension. The service is provided on an ongoing basis and may evolve as the product or third-party platforms change.

2. Account and access

Premium access may rely on a licence key, a PureBinge session, or both, depending on the flow used. You are responsible for keeping your access credentials private. A single licence is intended for reasonable personal use, with a soft limit of 5 active devices.

3. Pricing and renewal

• Monthly subscription: EUR 2.50 including tax, auto-renewed every month.
• Yearly subscription: EUR 25 including tax, auto-renewed every year.

The price charged is the one displayed at checkout. Future pricing changes apply to new purchases or a later billing cycle when legally permitted.

4. Payment, activation, and cancellation

Payments are processed by Stripe. Access is activated after successful payment confirmation. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through the Stripe billing portal or any PureBinge surface that opens it. Unless required otherwise by law or a full refund, access continues until the end of the already-paid period.

5. Withdrawal and refunds

If you are an EU consumer, you may benefit from a 14-day withdrawal right, subject to the legal exceptions that apply to digital services already performed with your consent.

Refund requests should be sent to contact@purebinge.app. A full refund revokes Premium access immediately. A partial refund does not automatically change the entitlement state and is handled case by case.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse the service, bypass billing, share your licence in a clearly abusive way, or interfere with the infrastructure. PureBinge may suspend or terminate access in case of abuse, fraud, charge failure, or a serious violation of these terms.

7. Intellectual property and independence

The software, brand, site content, and visual assets of PureBinge remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws. PureBinge is not affiliated with Crunchyroll or MyAnimeList.

8. Availability, liability, and warranties

PureBinge is provided as an evolving digital service and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every change made by third-party platforms. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to foreseeable direct damages and to the amount paid by the user for the affected period.
